We need 24 hours to process your order before it is transferred to the shipping department. Please also consider busy periods and sales, which may also affect processing times. MY ORDER TRACKING NUMBERS ARE NO LONGER UPDATING, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We provide tracking numbers for every order we ship. Although we do our best to assist you, we are not responsible for issues related to the shipping company or delivery. If your tracking number shows that your order has been delivered and you cannot find your package in your mailbox, please contact your local post office or shipping center with your tracking number for any inquiries regarding missing deliveries. We assure you that your order is in the package when we ship it.
